CalMag Plus contains premium quality calcium and magnesium powder that the body can absorb quickly. As you prepare the beverage, the minerals ionize (break down to their elemental form). You can see this happening as the liquid starts to fizz and then become crystal clear. The degree of absorption of these ionized minerals is very high, compared to ordinary minerals supplements.
We have also added Vitamin D which is necessary for calcium to be absorbed and deposited in bone. Vitamin C can also help increase mineral absorption, in addition to being a natural immune booster.
